Actually, it all started by me talking about my 318 Duster getting beat. And I just said by what.
 
Particularly on this thread I do tend to wear my disagrees as a badge of honor so don't think that you're hurting my feelings....

Scat rotating assy w/ forged ICON flat tops +5.00cc sit about .009 above deck.
Trickflow Heads w/ the 60cc chambers puts compression at about 12:1 w/ the .050 gaskets
Super Vic intake and 950cfm quickfuel brawler
Howards Solid Roller
904 w/ 4500 stall
4.30 gears
255/60/15 ET street R's, haven't been able to full throttle launch.
got some new tires today, hopefully I can do a full throttle launch soon.
 
and I've never raced my car at sea level, so when I see these numbers people claim. It blows my mind because it's a wildly different story here. Either way, I still like the new scats/srt's/hellcats/demons whatever. They're still bad *** cars.

Nice, 11.7's at 114. But in no wise by anyone that I know would your build be counted as a "turd" of a small block. I would count that as a heavy build, or very stout to say the least, car.

Lol. Thats funny cause when I was building it. I thought this engine was gonna be badass and radical. Now i'm like.. nah this is nothing I drive it all over the place, doesn't over heat. It's loud and shakes, but damn it thats the point. lol

Am I imagining things. In both videos it seems like when your car shifts about mid-track, the sound of the engine changes and it looks like the car slows down it's rate of acceleration.

Mid track that sucker should already be in 3rd pulling through. Feels smooth. Plugs look ok. Still ironing things out though.
Also first vid had speedmasters and second vid had trickflow heads. Hell I still haven't found it's happy shifting spot yet.

Maybe the sound of the car in the other lane. I'm old and the weather has my head plugged up too.

I'm supposed to have my CT tomorrow. I'm pretty psyched about that but I think I'm about done sharing. With yr turning it into a fiasco and everybody saying that I'm creating Drama by just showing people how to use it and all that stuff I'm just kind of done... Let them spend their money and figure it out....

I've been tuning my suspension to get the car to work better. Hopefully these shocks do as I hope. Next time out I'm expecting 1.8's. If not I'll be disappointed
 
What a couple of losers. Summer's almost over and yall ain't done squat. lol
