^^^^I was racing my friend and now he's second faster than that. Consistently....
As you can see my friends faster than....

we expect (DEMAND) a new time slip in '19..... with your new "street version" instead of the drag version. Street means street exhaust, street tires, street water pump, street "pump" gas, and street gears. Changes the entire game (welcome to my world :D). then you'll get an appreciation of my "tweak'n".... LOL :poke:

I already have new CE 3 ways on all 4 corners of the Dart. It has 4.88s with a moser spool and axles and new brakes. The front end is rebuilt and has new brakes also.

I'll give ya this, Jaws, that 11.50 on a 11.49 dial is impressive with a clutch car. But your reaction time would get you a first round exit at our track every time.

first round exit is the way I like it! The one time I made it past the first round I blew my 8 3/4 right off the line. F that...

I go for test-n-tune. That way I exit when I feel like it. :)

I got to say there's a bit of a different when you go down for test and tune on Friday and Saturday nights then waking up early on a Saturday or Sunday morning and heading up to Woodburn for some serious points racing.

they'll start testing tune here in early March and start points racing I think by the 20th. Should there still be snow in the mountains I might be snowmobiling in the morning and drag racing at night.

Ok, I will spill the beans - Me and Jababa talk about our builds on the phone more than you think. In fact, he has sold me a part or two for my build... :D

This is more like the beginnings of something in the 11's :D
 
In post 716 j par is using a dirty word. You stop that .

As for money for my cars that comes mainly from selling parts. I have quite a few parts both car and truck.
In the end If the hillybilly 340 won't make high 11 I'll sale enough parts so it will.
I do want to put a magnum roller short block with ported la heads together and run it in the car also. Just for fun.
Then after it is sorted out stuff it in my Trailduster.
