63 Dodge Dart, now let me see;)

i'd fit and use them as is, swapping left to right. then you have time to source a replacement for the worn one but still drive in comfort while you look. the drivers are usually the most worn but a pair of pass' seats isn't an issue if it gives you a good pair.
neil.

spent a little time on the valve cover, I'll be working on the PCV soon. Not finished, but's a good start;)
argh, have to make dinner!

Hi guys, I got my Distributor setup from Ray , it's the bye bye to the stock ecm and hello HEI~ Ray made it easy to install, just a few wires and POOF :thankyou: :thankyou: ! Done! Now if I could just get the one more thing to re-install my int/exh manifold~
Merry Christmas;)

Here's the "one more thing" , I had ordered some Permatex thread sealer from Amazon and it got here lickity split~ however, on the back of the package says works best with the permatex activator, so, no biggy, almost two weeks till it gets here, no one has it. I'd rather wait and do the stud installation the best I can as I DO NOT WANT LEAKS! This time I will install the studs, give a day or less, fill with coolant, pressure test before installing the intake/exh to make darned sure there are no leaks.

And a Merry Christmas to you and all my routy friends;)
Merry Christmas hard working lady! If the 'one more thing' is the triangle washers, there's a set for sale in the parts dept. right now! :)

Ho Ho Ho Merry Christmas to all …
Don’t forget to put out the cookies and milk for Santa tonight …
And to all a good night

While waiting for everyone to get up~ I know when I was young, I was the first up on Christmas morning~ anyway, I had bought a new tach for my engine run stand panel. The engine is going to be on this stand for a while, it's just kind of neat to monitor the vitals of my precious little S6;)

btw~ Merry Christmas to all, kind of wishing Jesus would come back for a visit

Oh trust me. He's comin. lol

You guys are just too nice:lol:;) I hope to be a contributor some day with the learnings I've accumulated along my Mopar journey. I would have never gotten this S6, or A833 together without the help here on the FABO, still a ways to go, but having fun along the way. If we're not having fun, we're in big trouble!!! As for the picture below, that was when I was in paint mode on my Bronco~ I hope soon to be tackling the body on my little '63~ it is going to be soooo awesome!!

Went and had a brunch with a close friend, actually Gary's friend, nice to get a little made up and it's so nice the humidity is low and my hair is straight! oh oh The gasket came apart like crazy! lol It's kind of weird material. I have the studs soaking in carb cleaner to loosen up the Permatex. I'm thinking to use a regular gasket, at least order one. The mating surfaces are clean, so maybe a regular one might seal ok? So, I've learned, you cannot reuse the Remflex gasket

FORD!!!???????????????????????????????????///
OK, I admit I have a couple!! :BangHead: :BangHead: :BangHead:  :steering:

lol, I'd like to think that I'm partial to all makes and models of our awesome time in the 60's-, all of which had such character and could be spotted in recognition a mile down a road. My first true project was my '67 Mustang(still have it) resaved after Harvey) in 2008 pretty much like the '63 Dart both in distress. I have a liking for the '60s era of cars, kind sentimental.

Harvey flood waters got up to the line on my Triumph Tr6 just above the taillights. 2 weeks before the water recededed.

Don't mention Harvey flood!!!! I was stranded in Kingwood hospital waiting for a triple bypass. There 17 days total!!
NO power except generator, NO TV, some nurses had been stranded there also for over a week! It was quite a ride!! Military choppers bringing people in from flooded hospitals all the time, day and nite.
:BangHead:
At least we live out in the high ground and the sticks! It was over week before my wife could even reach Kingwood.
I am an admitted strange Mopar guy, I actually love some Ford and brand X old sixties rides!! Cool (Rust) Stange!!!! ha

We live on very high ground out here, too. I'm always tellin Kitty if we ever get under water, the world will be in a big mess.

Well that's hard to top! That's just plain terrifying!
