Modified it for fitment/ mounting , also added a couple badges to it . Had to take out trunk springs to install , Popped it in yesterday . Now finally can concentrate on nailing down all the wiring.

Pluggn away at wiring everything in , fuel pump with relay kit done, stereo with speakers/ subs / amps done , new upgraded shallower blower motor done . Working on gauge cluster / tach with fans and headlight upgrade to follow . All wires are just loosely ran and will be organized once all the wires are all installed.

Got all the dash wiring tidied up , now its on to electric fans and headlight upgrade wiring installed . Also installed a hidden fuel pump manual on/ off switch for added anti theft .

Bought new front and rear AMD bumpers from Classic Industries. The rear fit/ finish / fitment wasn't to shabby but the front was a different story , fitment is terrible due to stamping shape/ bend on the rh / passenger side as you can see in the picture. Its not shipping damage either. You can see where the damage was chromed over . Shimmed it a bunch trying to make the best of it because of my Geography/ Ontario Canada its not economical to try return and doubt very much the mfg or vendor will do anything because of that reason.

Repost these two pictures, looks like they got lost in an e blip . Trunk matt cut to fit / installed, jack / acc painted & installed. Just waiting on my upholstery person to put the headliner in .

After the wiring was all complete did a series of trials/ tests and found a couple issues. First the horn was staying on when I connected the battery so after a few continuity tests found an issue with the brand new steering wheel. Pulled it off and found the insulator on the back of the horn contact ring was compromised. Ordered a new one to re/re and now good to go.

2nd issue the rev lights were staying on so grabbed my borascope to have a look inside the reverse neutral safety switch hole and found the wrong roosters comb installed . Called the rebuilder and they shipped me the right comb , in their defense easier to do it this way due to traveling time for warranty purposes. Drained the trans / removed pan / pulled valve body and re/re the comb and then reinstalled. Brand new rev switch would not work properly so put the original back in and works like a charm.

Really nice build you have goin on here.

I had room behind the rad so it wouldn't leak heat into the rad.
No room behind the rad and I don't think I've ever seen one mounted behind the rad, always out in front . This one I have installed is finn type so air flows thru.

Certainly not an issue in front, if it was all those OE transmission coolers built into the bottom of the radiator would have rad caps blowing off all around the world. I've never seen one mounted behind the radiator. If the fan to radiator spacing is correct I have no idea how you'd get one in there...
