Why did you close the gap to .33?
I just read it again. I need to open up my gap also.HUH???? Just pulled up the instructions on line and it says to go the opposite way. For my engines compression, around 11.25 I should be at .40-.50. I will re-check the instructions I have when I get to the shop,...... maybe get my eyes checked.

wondering the same thing , doesn't M S D recommend .044 ? that's what I run ...hotter spark should jump a wider gap anyway , the whole point of aftermarket ign. isn`t it ??Why did you close the gap to .33?

Didn't make sense but that is what MSDs old instructions said to do....when I verified online I discovered they changed their instructions. So I now run a .45 gap.hole point of aftermarket ign. isn`t it ??
I did run .035 in both my hemis w/ stock ign. and comp. ratio , when we went to higher comp.ratio in the race car , we had to go to a hotter ign. , which cured the cutting out problem , the higher ratio was the only thing we changed , M S D cured it ...
now please don't take this the wrong way but the saying 'you know you're getting older when'..... comes to mind, lol. it looks pretty discreet which is niceAfter more than a decade of "no radio", a few weeks ago I added a Kenwood bluetooth and some JBL 6x9's in the rear shelf. It is kinda stealthy since there is no radio head or antenna required.

driving home from the Nats in the Duster back in 2015 (?) I almost fell asleep at the wheel. Very little sleep for the 4-day weekend, windows up / cold A/C and no noise, the quite almost lulled me into a nap while halfway home.
