What front brakes are those, Also which spindles are you using with the brakes ?Finished up the front end on Christmas eve (great gift). In doing so I bushed the strut rod pivots, and made the last hardware greaseable. Set up the runaway straps for 2" of drop and in total diched 60lbs of the nose of the car

No problem vast majority of the weight savings came from ditching the 73 plus disc swap and control arms and ball joints. Plus my uppers are trimmed and lightened. The slant 6 spindles are milled. All bolts are the needed length gun-drilled and counter sunk in the heads for larger than 3/8th diched the factory brass distribution block and excess lines. Also I use titanium, aluminum and chrome molly when possible. I will be making an insert with a trunnion bearing that will go in and replace the torsion bar and have a bracket that will support the control arm with the coil oversMay I ask where the 60lb weight loss came from? I see the holes drilled and the brakes save much, but where else? Also, in the Landy pic, do you know how he switched to coilovers? The lower control arm has a strange bracket it appears at the pivot mount and the coilover mounts lower and out from where the strut rod was even. Interesting
Awesome! It seems you are still working on your small block, what is the plan for that? The aluminum closeout plate and inner fenders would be nice to be duez fastened, just for ease of removing for maintenance and cleaning. It is sure nice with no inner fendersThe New HEMI Came in! super excited to own such a nice piece. I broke the top end down for some maintenance and cleaning. Also deciding on if I'm going to cut the upper intake and take an inch out of the plenum. Also the idea of off setting the carb flanges at an angle 15 degrees. Still got some touch ups and to make air pan also I have the intention to make an aluminum grill to core panel too (last picture)

I am really digging the block off plate. May have to look into something like that for mineBeen super busy over the last few days. I ended up scoring a bunch of 16 plug hemi parts! (photos soon) Sectioning and welding the upper intake in an effort for hood clearance and a failed attempt at an air pan. Made up an aluminum grill to core support panel plus took some time to mock up some hemi stuff.
