Nice build! I'm in the Fairfield area so I'm looking forward to seeing you at some local Bay Area shows. The blue on my hardtop is a beautiful color. It's like an indigo blue pearl. It looks good on some cars and not as good on most. It will be at the next goodguys show in the pleasonton in the car corral. It's an older resto but still looks pretty good. My convertible is the one getting the royal treatment. I was going to go the 6.1 route but I already have a pretty wicked blown small block that I'm going to run. I've started the paint process doing it piece by piece so I can make sure everything is perfect. It's black so my bodywork has to be spot on.
My brother has used it on a dozen or so projects. From floor pans, truck beds, rockers, etc. I can see if he has any pics of the liner sprayed out.
My demon is still in metal work phase. Bumpers and the front valance is done now, finally. I don't have a current build thread, progress is slow

I just found an ad for a Tilton Super Starter that's set up to work on a Gen.3 with 727 TF. It's configured similar to the Ram truck starter I'm using (solenoid on top instead of on the side like the Mopar mini starter). Says to check out ATIracing.com...
Attached is a pic of my upper radiator hose. Note the thermostat end is bigger than the radiator end. This is not just stretched to fit on. It is literally bigger on the one end. I measured the thermostat outlet and the radiator outlet and then went down to a local "hard parts" type auto supply store (not a chain store like Kragen, etc). They sell Good Year hoses and have a full catalog with a pictures and dimensions section as well as by "application" section. I looked up the end dimensions I needed and then went and looked at a picture of it. Low and behold, there was the perfect hose, just a little too long on one end. I trimmed down the long end and she went on perfect.
For the bottom hose, I'm am using a standard 6.1 Charger hose. It is a bit too long for my narrower car and dimensions, so I went with an aluminum, nippled splice tube from a hot rod shop website I found. The splices come in different lengths, depending on what size you need.
Hope this helps those of you still struggling with the different sizes of outlets found on these engines vs. the radiators available for these cars and/or conversions.

The part number tag is stored away, but from what I remember the "application" is for the BOTTOM hose on either a 1994 or 2004 (I forget which one) Jeep Cherokee with the 4.0 inline 6 cyl. I believe I may have had to trim both ends, but it worked out real well...
It would help more than one member if you could dig out the p#.
Unfo Jeep stuff isnt a "stock item" in most places in Australia...so we cant just visually inspect them "in store".
Knowing which hose to order will make the Champion radiators Jasonmdister and I are running much more of a direct swap in.
