2007 Ram 1500 with the 5.7 Hemi. I'm just over 405,000 miles on the original engine and transmission. The axle is original but I changed from 3.55 gears to a 3.92. The limited slip differential is stock.
I've replaced the radiator twice, the A/C condenser twice, One EGR valve, water pump, starter, 1 set of fuel injectors, 2 oxygen sensors, 1 fan clutch, 1 serpentine belt, multiple sets of spark plugs, ONE K & N air filter, 2 transmission control modules. Multiple sets of tires and brake pads. I've replaced a drivers side seat, console lid and cup holder. The Flowmaster muffler has 435,000 miles on it. I had it on my last truck that was totaled and it has been on this since I bought the truck in 2007.
The engine has used oil since around 200,000 miles but now that I'm retired and not driving 1000 miles a week, it isn't much of a problem.
I have a spare 5.7 to swap in, I bought it April of last year but this one just keeps running. It idles smooth and still makes decent power. Mileage isn't much different from when it was new, I can get 18-20 if I drive at 60 mph on flat ground.
