Well record temps here today 92* so been inside with the a/c on most of the day and hanging out in the garage.
Weather looking good to fly out to Washington on the 19th so far and looking forward in visiting family and friends for a few days.
96* here at the moment, got a good breeze though, still too smoky for my liking. Went to visit my mother this afternoon for a couple hours, I always enjoy spending time with her, she's 88 but still healthy and pretty sharp overall. She does forget some things, but not bad yet. Had a good visit, talked too much about work and politics, but still good to see her.
Going to put a couple steaks on the BBQ for dinner.

Hope you have a great time with your family Fred, enjoy the trip.

Glad you had time to spend with your mom , that's important I think. My mom is 87 and will spend some time with her but she is forgetting a lot and hope she remembers me.

Well cut 2 on the hay is baled and put up. The Magnum is coming along nice and should have it ready by next weekend to get you all pics.

Morning guys, hope everyone had a great weekend. Went to another car show here in town last night. Great turn out and even won a door prize.

In post 52333 there is a 49? Ford in grey primer. That car is sitting on a 2019 Ford Mustang GT chassis. The Mustang had 419 km when it got flipped over and written off. Someone out west put the body on the chassis and then ran out of money so this guy bought it for 20,000 and now finishing it off. The driveline was worth more than that so I would say he stole it.

Sitting here at the 54th 47’ ft Parnell on Friday night it was 5 Celsius froze my last name off in tent but fishing is awesome 53 walleye yesterday threw 51 back. Had surf and turf for supper lots of 20 plus inchers two over 28. Living the dream man fishing all morning helping my son on his new home all afternoon.

Thanks for the pictures Mark looked like a great show.
My favorite would be the old model T.

Morning guys happy Monday, I see everyone stayed safe this weekend nice to see ! The heat is getting a lot old but soon we’ll be complaining about the cold and not being able to drive our car’s , if the only thing I have to complain about is the weather must be a good life ! Cheers stay safe .

Another smoky day, already 75*, heading to 87 so a bit cooler. I am sure there is ash floating in from the fire zones as well now. Expecting some rain and much cooler tomorrow, only about 57* so a welcome change. Y'all have a good day and play safe out there.

I just saw this cat yesterday on his way to the Donut Derelict hang out.
It sounds as badass as it looks :steering:
You just don't expect to see carbs stickin' up through the hood on Buicks

I remember a few years ago, buick had the "that's not a buick" commercials, which I thought were pretty sad

But now they have the "our drivers have multiple personality disorder" commercial which is even worse

Yeah you sure need a break from the heat and smoke

So yesterday I was cleaning my car and using Auto-Glym Rapid Detailer and I accidentally dropped the bottle. Unfortunately it left a pinhole in the bottom of the bottle. I looked through the recycle bin for something that would work and found the perfect solution.
We had just killed a bottle of Crown Royal and even the spray top fit perfectly. Reuse and recycle and works like a charm.
