So true Mark but coming to an end soon.
Two of my boys spent the night and had to get one off to work early. He works on the wind towers and said he would take me to the top of one soon. I will have to get some pictures of that.

Hi Fred....did you know that windpower is three times as expensive as nuclear? Solar is twice as expensive as nuclear but we have to appease the environmentalists no matter the costs.

That's what my son said and they break down all the time.
Sure is amazing how much we have to do to make environmentalists happy.
If we spent the money to make nuclear energy safer instead of wind towers that would be better I think.

From what my son says a windmill is good for 8-10 years and you'll need 800 windmills to replace a reactor so do the math. Have you ever seen a windmill catch on fire? It's quite normal and it's a complete write-off. Not only that but they ruin the horizon where you could looks for miles.

Well that's progress Mark and not so free energy. the only good thing is when they catch on fire we could have a hell of a we-nee roast. and BBQ a few birds that pass by.

It may be initially more but wind is free and clean ? No nuclear waste or accidents.

They need to come up with a better way to keep it safer.
Wind is not a bad Idea but you would think they would be able to make a wind tower that didn't break down all the time.

Hi Biff....if windpower is free then why is it 3 times as expensive to produce? If Japan had spent a little more money and bought the Can-do reactor they wouldn't have had a meltdown. The Can-do has numerous fail-safes so is really safer than the rest. Don't forget also, the Nuclear power plants produce the special products required for cancer treatment as well and that is priceless. Like I said before the only reason there is windmills and solar is to appease the environmentalists.

Morning Fred...do you have to sign up for your pension weeks before retiring like we do? I signed up for my one pension 6 months before I retired at 64. The signed up for old age pension 6 months before for 65th (old age pension). Smart thing you're doing getting the blood pressure monitor. Check it three times in a row when you do it the average it out. Before you start, sit down and take a big breath and relax then start your testing. It makes a difference or read the instructions lol

Yes 60 days on the pension I got all my paper work just got to fill it out. I can't find my wife's death certificate and they need that, it's here some place.
Thanks for the info on taking my blood pressure it's been a long time since I did it.

Got an auto blood pressure monitor and did it 3 times looks like it's 104 / 78.
Will check it again tonight.
I told you the nurse was a # 10 and I bet all you guys would agree and your blood pressure would be as high or higher than mine.
 
And that's after 12 cups of coffee and 2 beers.
And please don't tell me that my new monitor needs to be calibrated because that would mean I need to read the instructions.

Wow Fred...it must have been the nurse that sent it sky high. Your blood pressure is perfect my friend. The numbers are the same as mine.
