speaking of toad I got the scamp all cleaned up for the drags tomorrow.

Oh wow really nice !
She is in good shape FOG but not as good as what you see. The right 1/4 panel is dented up and there is rust in the lower 1/4 behind the tire far from being real nice but I like it and will fix it I hope soon.

Don't feel bad Fred most of us have some issues , I myself need a paint job , but we do what we can and afford.

True FOG I want to get my car looking good and would like to see it get in the 12 second 1/4 mile without nitros. Then I will be happy.
If you were a little closer like 1,000 miles I would help you with your paint job.

Good luck Fred have fun ... and try not to break anything .
Don't plan on it FOG red line is set at 5400 rpm and no nitros. And no trying to make a big cloud of smoke because I just put new tires on and only pushing about 300 HP I think?
The car will do fine and not willing to push it hard.

Looks like it has been real quiet here all day you all must be busy.
I garbed 2 of my grand kids a 5 year old and a not yet 2 year old and took them to a restaurant for lunch today we had a great time I sure enjoyed watching the little guys suck down a milk shake and fries.
So looks like I am last so what do I win?
Sounds like you won the prize being able to take the grandsons out for lunch. What a great grandpa.

Just got back home I had a great time at the drags I didn't get any pictures but talked to a lot of racers and was there to learn more than try to get a good 1/8 mile run.
The guys at the track are just like you here on the web site great people and very helpful.

He had a hard time figuring out how the shiftier works and just sit there and spun out at the start but he still did good at the end running street tires and first time on the track. 11.558 @ 69 mph. I know that is nothing to brag about but he came back with a smile on his face and ready to try again.

That's the way to start them Fred!

This was mine still nothing good but I could see the end of the track and shut down before I hit the finish line.
Next time will be better.
