Ok so back to doing a good job and all , I’m a nhra tech inspector in my spare time ,I know that guy grrrr. So I told a hellcat driver to slow down because he ran a 6.90 in the 1/8 a 10.70 in the quarter ,nice time but the rule as I read it says , as the car arrives from the factory !it can run 10:00 Not cold air intake ,super charger pullys changed ,demon injectors , re programmed PCM. So I’d say not as arrived from factory ? Am I wrong
 
I get it it’s a safe car but it’s the rules Wright ?

Biff I haven't been to the drags in over 35 years and I will I hope find out this weekend. Just my 2 cents yea rules are for us all and we should stick to the guide lines weather we have lots of money or everyone's favorite or the bad guy. Biff as far as I know you as an inspector should keep your eye on the rules and not look any place else even if it's a friend.
If someone has a problem with what you did then they can take it up with the people that made the rules not the one that enforces them.
Again just my 2 cents.

And the reason for that is probably that G.M. is the majority owner of NHRA. So they set the rules so their cars won't get beat up so bad. If you can't beat them ban them. (That is what I have heard)

We go to Wallyworld all the time just to see the Walmartians. I look at some of the women in there and think to my myself...Buddy you must have a strong stomach. Some of the outfits they wear is quite amusing to say the least. It's getting to be The League of Nations though. With some of the big stores closing i.e. Sears, Zellers, Target etc. its hard to find a place to shop other than Walmart.

I did't know that Mark that sucks big time and then poor Biff has to kick the best car off the track.
 
Its the same with NASCAR Fred. G.M. owned the controlling interest in that also. That's why the winged cars got banned because they beat everything on the track and set long held records. G.M. had nothing that could touch them either. Ford was just starting to develop something to compete. All politics my friend. Like I said previously."If you can't beat them ban them".

Makes me wanna hate all GM cars. dishonest people suck and you think somebody would let more of the public know.

I do. And what G.M. has done to people around here with the suppliers is disgraceful. People have been laid off , businesses shut down but they still expect people to buy their cars

Looks like they just lost me as a customer if that's the case. Sounds to me they are no better than the people on the street dealing drugs or robbing stores.
 
Looks like it has been real quiet here all day you all must be busy.
I garbed 2 of my grand kids a 5 year old and a not yet 2 year old and took them to a restaurant for lunch today we had a great time I sure enjoyed watching the little guys suck down a milk shake and fries.
So looks like I am last so what do I win?
