Save the money and make your own brine. No need for the buttermilk. Add some spices and herbs to the brine. It has some scientific term. The Salt drags the herbs through the bird. Osmosis?Yea I think it is and going to keep doing it.

It was 10 bucks to get in so you could walk around and pick parts.
