massive reconfiguration time again.

Almost forgot I turned onto a wide multi-laned street with no side streets and seen this Audi Quattro pull out about a block ahead of me, so I went and caught up to his back bumper in the other lane and he seen me come up on him and punched it LOL I went ahead and gave to also and came up almost next to him but right at that point we were getting way too fast for the street, I let off and hit the brakes and slowed way down. I'm not a kid no more. If he wants his doors blown off I could do that at the track..

Got some core buckets at the swap meet..

Dude, I believe those are original Hang10 seats. Cool.

This isn't Smokey and the Bandit man...
I didn't have a CB when I was a kid nor did I think I was supposed to have one...
I had a CB in every vehicle I ever owned until I got my first cell phone!! That's how me and my friends communicated. I didn't have the big long wip antenna tho I had one of the short fiberglass ones it didnt stick out as bad.

That would be nice if they come in Black. The white is not going to match the interior very well at all..
.
Yes they are available in black.

You will notice that the seats are shaped like the 73-74 buckets. The 75-76 are different.
However like the Hang 10 the Spirit of 76 bucket seats follow the 73-74 style.

I got the Moroso Air breather cover. Unfortunately it's only the 8in or whatever that is. Not the 14. But it's better than nothing and we can put a taller filter on it since it's going under the Power Wagon Hood. Also got a nice little deal on some front reflectors for the duster. One of them's just about perfect and the other two have a little bit of the silver paint notched out. But I got all three for $3 so I'm not complaining LOL..

They're 15 x 7 cop rims with 4 of the most Immaculate bullet hole caps I've ever seen. Someone also took some time sandblasting all of them and primerimg them...
Those are really nice. They are in great shape I have 2 15x7 for the rear and I have the 4 original 14s that came with my car I'm using 2 of those for the front.

Lord forgive me I want to paint those new to me rim's metallic gold..
I usually have good Vision on what things will look like, but it's not working for me now. Maybe D daddy could make a 73 duster all silver with Gold Cop rims in a picture?
They are primered and ready to paint and I'll probably just do a semi-gloss black...

Considering the engine bay is gold you might as well paint the wheels golds! That way when you paint the body gold the wheels and engine bay will match as God intended!!! :poke::lol:

I can always take them off and repaint them as needed but I'm just thinking that might be a little much with the silver...

LOL my wife just weighed in on the gold - that's a no-go...
ninety-nine percent of the time I do what I want, but I think she just drew the line...

I think your wife is right, silver or black for now. Like you said, you can always re paint them later to match the body colour.
Yeah I'm not even sure if I'm going to paint the body gold? I just did that to the motor compartment because it was kind of funky and different. It'll probably be a couple years before I paint it anyways and when I do I have hopes and aspirations of doing it myself. Maybe just touching up the very little body work that needs to be done (dings and such) and renting a booth and shooting it. I never see myself having 10K to get it painted..
