New/old motor for the duster

IT'S ALIVE !!!...
Started right up... got the timing adjusted, got it warmed up filled with transmission fluid and drove up and down the block a couple times (no doors or trunk lid yet..).
Let it set for a while and my wife came home and when I started it to show her I barely touched the key and it fired right up and idled smooth...
 
Hell yeah dude! Way to go! Can we get a video? It came out looking great.

Thank you.. I was feeling pretty good about how it turned out.. Hopefully tomorrow I'll be able to put the finishing touches on and take it for a little drive.Make sure it's all cleaned up and then kick down linkage is adjusted properly...

Not likely going to be a video but I can certainly post some pictures when I get everything finished and cleaned up. I'll need to take some pictures so I can get it posted on craigslist...

Hopefully selling a "driver" quickens the process and less time of dealing with the public. Sounds like it would be a fun start .... 360, 904, Dana, and a solid car.

I just posted it on local craigslist an hour ago...
The last vehicle I sold after the 15+ tire kickers dragging their feet for weeks. I was damn near starting to get rude on the phone and that's not me...

There is a market for Dusters, so now it comes down to the economy and the seller's price ~! And I might consider Marketplace as well. Good Luck with your sell !!!
 
I'm curious...How will u know where to put the balancing weights in the 904 converter? How will you attach them.?
