Crossing the Pulga bridge.
 
Another piece of cast iron cookware saved. This one is a no-name piece with a heavier weight and rougher finish than the last. It has a little more pitting from age than I would like, but it seasoned well and still cooks like a champ.

We did a few burgers in it tonight and it performed like a good piece of cast iron should. No complaints at all!

Not bad for an $8 rusted pan over 100 years old and a bit of work restoring it. If it is kept well, it should last for another 100 years.

A couple of pics I would love to be able to build the copter for the grandkids but they have gotten too old now, not sure about the Christine 2 I have not looked for it yet
