Are they going to cut off the excess pipe on the drive shaft hoop or loop? just looks unfinished to me. Then cap the cut and weld it shut. Love the build though keep up the great Hot Rodding.

Yes he is. This is still in progress pics. He would never let something leave his shop unfinished and not done the right way.

Also had to order the new open end lug nuts from moroso and the 3an brake lines to adapt to the new lines I had already installed before.
 
Still following, silently. Car looks great and your chassis guy seems to do good work. Moparcody, he’s running ladder bars not a 4 link.
 
More updates. Theo is still making great progress.
Chute mount is done and wishbone is in place.

It will be great to see the car back on the ground with all the new race hardware......loaded for bear.

I'm sure you were advised to wear a helmet whenever you take this out for a spin. A roll bar / roll cage can split an unprotected head open if ever actually used for the safety side all those bars. Some states actually out-law roll bars / roll cages for street use for what they say is that very reason.

Mor good new tonight c clip eliminations are done. The 15x10 7.5" bs worked like a charm and she's back on the ground for now. Still need to bring the back end down a little but moving forward is always nice.

I'm sure your fab guy mentioned a firewall between the interior and (the fuel in) the trunk.

A simple DYI sheet of aluminum directly under the rear seat back / cardboard trunk divider would work great
 
Trans Cooler and fuel pump mounted. Front bars welded in, turbo supports tacked in place, finish welds on the pie cuts for the elbows off the manifolds as well. Intercooler hard mounted, and the y to split off from the intercooler is welded up.

I apologize if you already covered it, are you using the Holley Terminator X this time? I just helped a friend set up with Sniper and I really liked the user interface with the Holly system. I plan to ditch the megasquirt one day and change over to the universal terminator.

Theo has been turning and burning on the cold side. None of it hangs down any lower than the kmember or the front spoiler. Next weekend. Ant get here soon enough. I'm ready to see my baby and all the amazing work Theo has put into it to make my dream a reality.

Also decided I'm going to register for streetcar takeover Maryland in August and Charlotte in September. Then we can see what she will do going rounds with the big boys.
