yeah it turned out to be a nice day here. i drove over to my buddies shop and changed the slicks out for some 245/60-14's on a set of rally's.

Redfastback, slantscamp & I are meeting at the first exit off of H80 (just past the H80 & H680 interchange) at approx. 5:30-5:40am. Since it's an hour from here to there, I'll be leaving here at 4:30am.

i'll be leaving my house approxamately 6 am. and i'll be in the parking lot around 6:30
 
It was nice weather, a little windy but we lived.

that was the first one ive been to, was that low turnout to this event or was it average.. i heard a few people say that the weather was keeping people home, but i thought it was perfect conditions for dragging..

Weather was definitely a factor. The turnout was low, much lower than last year.
 
i thought my girl was taking pictures, but she mostly took videos of me running the wagon. i didnt have time to even look at the cars or the swap meet because i was in the wagon all day waiting to run again. here are a few pictures. sorry there are not more. maybe someone else who went will have some better pictures. hey ben can you send me the ones you took? thanks

Seeing pics like that look like actual drag racing pics from the 60s as you cant see any new cars in the background. Pretty cool!
