that was probably the first thing that ended up in one of my scrap metal trucks. If you want to put ac on my drag car knock your self silly LOL....With a little fab work, you could put the factory air back on that.
I say squeeze it in there.
And remember yr baby steps baby steps you actually make your own threads now it's time to post a picture?
I like this. Plus, you are doing the fab yourself.
Makes it much more cool.
I have a chart. I'll see if I remember tomorrow.I cant figure out whether the 69 340 Swinger Im about to redo should have a Corp Blue or Hemi Orange engine...
Is there a date that they switched on ?
Not really. Supposedly the later '69s were orange. But my '69 340 was built in July of '69 and it is, and always was, blue.I cant figure out whether the 69 340 Swinger Im about to redo should have a Corp Blue or Hemi Orange engine...

According to B.R. Hembree Decoding guide for 1966-1973. 1969 340's should be blue. 1968 was red, 1970 and 1971 was street hemi orange (red orange)I cant figure out whether the 69 340 Swinger Im about to redo should have a Corp Blue or Hemi Orange engine...
