Last time I was looking I was pointed to a palce that does truck springs up near Conshocken or Bridgeport. Must be places out your way. Call Stanley Spring in Harrisburg and see who retails their stuff near you. They might even have free arch specs on the 64 Barracuda springs.I am hoping I can steal one leaf. I am taking them apart to put new "sliders" in anyhow. Should have one between the two spare. I am looking to get them re arched but having a issue finding a place to do it. Definitely have to have them the same on both side. Most places I called add a leaf. That wont work on this car want it pretty much stock.
what age do you have to be to get the Tricare Retired? does it start right at retirement or do you still have to wait until you draw your retirement pay?Tricare has no limits concerning pre-existing conditions.
Active duty retired? Retired Reserve is over a grand a month for a family plan and 500 a month for just the service member. I really need to get on the VA stuffWell when you hit military retirement at least for me with Tricare (free) we don't need a referral and go to whatever Dr we want. You being in a military area shouldn't have a problem finding a Dr who takes Tricare. For a family its a $3K out of pocket co-pay then its free.
I am waiting on a call back from Stanley, they are close right in the hood. Tell you what I am glad I did not scrap that parts cuda in the fall. Should make a planter out of it! Thing is swiss cheese with all the panel sections I sold from it and no floor! Still has a lot of good parts on it also. All the suspension is still there also. And most of the side windows.Last time I was looking I was pointed to a palce that does truck springs up near Conshocken or Bridgeport. Must be places out your way. Craig will know think its retired. You can go to the VA if ever in a combat zone. Weird though some things not service related they bill your insurance company.Active duty retired? The new springs on my waggy came from a spring place in Allentown - pretty sure it was these guys. Springs were labeled Stanley Spring, Harrisburg Pa. If their replacement chart is correct, 1st gen/6 springs are different than 2nd gen or v-8. I don't ha ve book that early to check but prob right.Trying to sell this thing as stock just fixed up so trying to use as much original parts as possible.
There is a gray area retired until your retirement kicks in. My wife was still M-day so never had to use it.Active duty retired? Retired Reserve is over a grand a month for a family plan and 500 a month for just the service member. I really need to get on the VA stuff
That process sucks took me years. Still fighting with them. I really believe the try to wear you down to say screw it!There is a gray area retired until your retirement kicks in. My wife was still M-day so never had to use it.
The free policy for you and spouse starts at age 60. If you deployed after 2008 its a quarter early for every quarter deployed to a combat zone. I got mine a year early.
Yes you need to check with the VA. Go to your nearest medical center. There will be service reps there like VFW etc... They have trained VA benefits reps who will help you fill out the paperwork and guide you through the process. It takes time. My first claim took two years. They've got quicker. The tax free money every month is nice. Both wife and I get a payment. Payment is based on dependents and disability rating. Rating is determined by the VA.
Send it here!Mornin' . Supposed to get break in the rain for few hours today. Recently the wettest we've seen in a looong time. Nearly 2 more inches tomorrow. No snow or very cold so could be worse.
They are promising sunny and 60s Sat. through Tues. Yee ha
That's awsome Ray! Didn't know they did anything besides wholesale.LOL Stanley just called me back they can do it 250-300! Dam this is killing me! But they take them apart, new sliders and paint also but no paint on these for oem look.
The guy I talked to seems to know what I want. I will bring them down there when I get the other leaf out. I have gotten the hard to find front leaf bushings from them for the dart. Only rubber on the suspension. This one is all rubber, got lucky he gave most of it to me.That's awsome Ray! Didn't know they did anything besides wholesale.
Hopefully they'll work with you on the OEM look. Keep the band clamps and centerbolt if you can.
Ship a box of sunshine. LOL Come get you some.Send it here!
The one time my unit got their orders to deploy, literally came the day I was on the operating table for my first knee surgery, that happened during training. so, no deployments . I'm trying to get a rep through DAV as they come highly recommended. Just missing some paperwork thats gonna make it difficult to prove. Same with my back injury. Unit lost the LOD paperwork... so while I have my copies, nothing was ever officially filed on either. There is a gray area retired until your retirement kicks in. It just takes time. The backpay is nice though. Are you doing it through a rep or on your own??That process sucks took me years. Still fighting with them. I really believe the try to wear you down to say screw it!
Ray, To keep the bare looking, paint them with spray grey, or clear acrylic after they are bare....Last much longer...The guy I talked to seems to know what I want.
