Stop in for a cup of coffee

I always wanted to do a notchback as a “baby bird” and confuse the crap out of people at car shows...

That image - bonestock down to the red streak tires reminds me of this video one of the guys on moparts posted a couple years ago.
Its his brother driving a bone stock '68 Road Runner (except the red streak's are radials) on a road course.

Gee the Chinese are getting sneaky on ebay.

You see an item like a dress which is what I was going to buy. So it says $14.99, so you click the drop down menu to select what color you want. One of the four colors is $14.99 but when I selected the color I want, it jumped to $24.99. Then I noticed it was showing L for large and when I selected XS extra small it jumped the price to $29.99

you going to tell me that a blue Large dress is more expensive to make than a wine colored Extra Small???

I think its a scam and that's what I get for buying stuff from those commies

Evening all. Road trip complete. Rough on the back but survived

Well, glad folks like it...but I’m out of steam for today.

Went into work and could only do a half day with the tooth pain. I snagged an appointment for tomorrow with the root canal specialist, but it’s just the initial consultation. Their schedule won’t let me get a procedure done for another week or so.

At least the antibiotic has kept it down to a tolerable level of pain, just not sure how much longer I can stay on it. Hopefully I will have better answers tomorrow.

Its hard to beleive how long this takes between figuring out and scheduling.
This isn't the way healthcare should work. A project for when leave the current outfit.
A high school friend recently retired from lilly and has been working with small company looking at this sort of thing.

Good to be home. The granbrats are just cute as can be :D. My trip to the Wild West Shootout didn't happen.
Saturday night I wasn't planning on and the weather was questionable at best. All indicators pointed to a rainout. Well they managed to get Saturday night in just before the rain began. We got 1/2" of rain in Phx Saturday night which I felt may be more than the prep people would able to overcome for the Sunday show. I was correct. So no Late Model racing for me. From the looks of their Facebook updates the rain really hosed their schedule . Not a bad drive back. Considerably more snow on the mountains than there was on the trip east. I did see a car hauler headed for Barret-Jackson next weekend 8-10 cars, a mix of Cobras and Vettes.

Kudos to my wife and her finance department for another clean independent audit.

When demand exceeds capacity, demand is forced to wait. Unfortunately, that means me.

Is it simply demand or is it an insurance thing? Around here, I can get in the next day for 99 percent of stuff. Anything that requires special pre approvals from insurance like extractions is a week, 2 tops

Still suks tho
I try not to focus on that. I just need to plow through and get to the resolution so better days can come.

If I allow the unfairness of it to become dominant, I fear that my hope will be eroded...and I need to hold tight to the hope to give me motivation to persevere.

Some times it’s been hour by hour, and sometimes minute by minute...but I will persevere no matter what.

This WILL be resolved.

Insurance has nothing to do with it. This is simply the demand for the doctors services causing delays.
