I'm in upstate SC, 'bout 15 mins from Clemson U. Go tigers. Had enough freakin rain! Only little bit of "white rain" we've had was back in Nov' or early Dec' I forget. We just got cold white rain.
Where are you at?Kinda like a friend of mine bought an Amish built computer desk with built in lighting.
Dam my dad has a wing named after him at Clemson. Huge fan and my brother went there also! I actually dropped dads ashes at Hartwell dam as per his wishes. LOL 100 point guys!Tell them that they are missing the gear thingy....
you might find this interesting... a few years ago they opened all of the flood gates at that dam at one time. This never happened before. Since it was near sunset the moisture in the air caused a horizontal rainbow across the lake. My brother ( professional photographer ) sold quite a few copies of his pictures. I might find a digital copy to share.Dam my dad has a wing named after him at Clemson. Huge fan and my brother went there also! I actually dropped dads ashes at Hartwell dam as per his wishes. So is that the threads I need @krazykuda , just making sure, I do need the TQ converter bolts as well, I will take a closer lookI would call them and ask... I think this kit has both the crank and torque converter bolts... See if they sell the converter bolts separate if you don't need the crank bolts with it...
Mopar Performance 5/16 Flexplate Bolt Package

And the bolt heads are thinner aren't they?Yes, those are the ones that you need to put the flex plate on the crank and the flex plate to the torque converter... The torque converter bolts should be 5/16" fine thread, and the crank I believe is 7/16" fine thread.... The torque converter bolts have a larger head on them than the standard 5/16" bolts to help distribute the load better....
Those are like the OEM ones, they also have some six point ones, but I prefer the factory style myself...
Thank you, I never use old ones when doing something like thisYes, those are the ones that you need to put the flex plate on the crank and the flex plate to the torque converter... Sunset 2 if the link works
I went back to previous post and edited the 'n' from my damn dam LOL
reminded me of a movie, Randy Quaid, "dam store" "dam bait".
Thank you, I never use old ones when doing something like this
Always brother , thank you for all your helpMake sure that you torque them properly with a torque wrench when you put them together... That way they won't come loose on you...
Yep, flex plate to crankshaft bolts are 7/16-20 and get torqued to 55 foot pounds...
The torque converter to flex plate bolts are 5/16-24 and get torqued to 270 inch pounds....
I just looked it up in my service manual....
Always brother , thank you for all your help
