Stop in for a cup of coffee

I'm going to bring some cool weather with me. It's 75 here now with 76% humidity.

TMM super glad (and jealous) you are making the trip! Tip a pint with the boys for me!
Will do. When should everyone get together? Most of you locals have booth's in the same neighborhood.

Tim and I are at N161-162 (and Wolfie if he makes it). Mitch, Hoppy and Tike are just a little down the rows from there

Well, than was fun...not.

A massive thunderstorm parked over us and dumped an inch of rain is 15 mins. Rapid lightning and thunder and all our phones suddenly go off with a tornado warning.

Down to the basement we go only for me to see 5” of water piled up in front of the slider door out from the walk up basement. I couldn’t open the door to clear it or the water would come rushing in. All we could do was redirect the water coming around the door into the trench around the floating pad.

Once the lightning stopped and the tornado warning passed, I had to go out and down the steps to clear the debris blocking the drain cover. Once I got it opened, it drained in just a few seconds.

I’m soaked, muddy and not happy. At least no real damage was done.

Time to get cleaned up and have a beer. What a PITA.

No rain here yet. Pretty good chance of it between 7 and 10 though

Life will throw some crap at us sometimes...

Glad no major damage done and you got it drained...

Your feet will dry, have some popcorn while you wait...

Hi Ho Hi Ho It's to the track I go :D
There's a great spot in the parking lot for a mini tailgate party.
BBQ joint two blocks away with the best pulled pork in the county :D

They said it would storm and it looks like it wants to get crazy here. "chance of quarter size hail" so the wife an I just ran out and threw blankets on the duster and strapped a tarp over it. Probably a false alarm, but if its not, at least its got some protection. As I write this, radar looks like the cell with the hail stayed north of us.

Yeah, we have another one getting ready to drop on us. The bigger stuff is still out by Lancaster.

I’m glad I got that drain cleared.
