How well does that hang upside down thing work??? Is it worth the money... I've seen them advertised, but not sure if they help....
It is a real short term relief right when you first get off after hanging upside down back and forth for 15 minutes. Here again you are working against the tight back muscles in your back and they won't let go even hanging upside down.

If you could overcome the tight muscles it would give you great relief. Those muscles are holding strong, it takes time with a change of a different routine of lifestyle to get those back muscles to stretch out again. Kind of like that "Growing Pains" thing growing up as a kid, when your legs would grow faster (longer) than your leg muscles could grow, causing all kinds of leg pain when trying to sleep at night. Going through that growing spurt as a youngster.

Yes sir. How are you today?

Doing Great

Was out for supper tonight with a buddy who was in the Navy for a few years, did the West Pack thing.

Was telling him about you working out in the Gulf of Mexico on a ship supporting the oil industry. He was asking how you go about refueling the ship you are on in the Gulf. Resupply Ships come and fuel you up ??

Also wondering how big the ship is ? Must be a pretty big ship for supporting all that hardware and personnel ?

We get fuel from 220' supply boat once or twice a month, we get groceries in a container from them once a week. We make our own water with a reverse osmosis desalinization system. It makes about 8 gallons per minute.

I have a digital antena that we are going to put up once we get the house dried in. Most of the shows I watch ate available in a couple apps that cost less than $30.00 instead of $150.00+ for cable/dish services.

Good Deal !

Yeah I am on, over the air TV, no cable . . .
They have just dug in a new fiber optics cable out at my road with access to every home along the way here. Will be interesting to see what is cost effective available with that besides lightning fast internet speeds once the get it hooked into their network.

On DSL right now with a 5 mbps line. Happy with that for where I am at in the country. But yeah that fiberoptics could be life changing as far as what a person can haul over the internet.

They put fiber optics in my area 5 months ago.

Cool,
They are trenching it in all over the area around here, pretty major build out. Looks like everything will be going to fiber optics more into the future. No more zapped computers with lightning strikes jumping on to the phone lines taking out everything in it's path as it is looking for a ground to get back to mother earth.

I built this HD TV antenna that I use here up in my attic, also have one at my Florida trailer when down there for the Winter. They work pretty good. I also have an 18" long omni antenna that hooks up with tv coaxial up on a 30' pole at the Florida property, that works really good to for the HD TV stations in the area as it is non-directional.

Hey buddy how goes the night shift??
Was looking at a battery topper for a battery.
I've gone through two different retro batteries and not to happy with them so far.

I had a recharging problem that we recently finally found and fixed. Hopefully that improves the battery performance.
