Stop in for a cup of coffee

I think that's the same Accel we used on the all powerful 40 horse VW in the race buggy. About the only parts of the motor that didn't have to say VW on them. We could run headers too, those stock VW exhausts were not known for their good ground clearance
Wonder if it’ll do the job on the old poppin John Deere? Can’t seem to find a coil that’ll get it a hot enough spark.

Well, how much do you feel comfortable to admit ? (Laughing)

That one set me back about 75 bucks after shipping. But it’s in real good condition, had to track down one of the original magazine editors to even find a copy. The current editor of Chrysler Power helped me with that

Well, I have just spent 98 dollars on a parts book, so at 75 you should be fine. :D

Just downed a couple of bourbons and some green chili and pepperoni pizza. Now to the fun part of the evening... Iron some clothes for the week. Got to attend 3 days of 'Regulatory Compliance' training.. I could teach the stuff they're reviewing... Can't they just send me a memo with updates and a quiz so they know I read it? The money corporate America spends just to 'check the box' blows me away....

Yeah maybe, I still can’t believe I paid that much for a magazine. But this one contains the story about the surprise introduction of the Mopar Super Stockers at the AHRA nationals.

Got a teaser pic from the photographer today for my sons pictures...I love this one.

I was running a pertronix ignitor 2 in my truck and carried points condensor and coil in the truck. The modual burned up and it now has the points again. I still made it home.
First I had heard of a Pertronix failure.

I have heard of 3 other failures first hand, all regular pertronix and were early production units. Same 3 guys replaced them and as far as I know they had no further problems.

So I saw this on my drive to work today. Very solid piece. 318/727 push button. Poly of course.

Nice shot! It took me a long time to get good at motion panning with the camera so that the vehicle is in focus but the rest is blurred. That one is well done!
I agree - and its definately not easy.
I asked him (Jacob Frey) if he was the photographer at the last event - and he said no - this was his first time taking photos at a Phila region event. But he's clearly not new to photgraphy and thinking and working on the art. I mentioned to him the thread you started focusing on details, and I don't know if it was by chance or that conversation but ...

Both photographers this event included a lot more human interest photos. Perry takes a lot of photos, but just seems to miss the nuance to make the cars on course into great photos. But his pics this event of people in grid and paddock etc were really good.

its an open FB group - don't need to join to peruse it.

I see. Well, you got what you wanted, that is all that matters. My part book that has not arrived yet is supposed to be for all Chrysler products in 1965, including Imperial. Hardcover with embossed letters. I am very curious about what kind of goodies is in there.

PS. The Formula V owner (C Mod) has a couple Barracudas and some parts he doesn't need.
