I swung by paint shop purgatory yesterday and got a solid look me in the eye it will be green by month end statement. I am holding my breath. Not!

I was fine with winter until about 10 years ago,our first cruise. I had no idea what i was missing. Then a few winters having to work outside finished it off.
winter whiner? You dam right, i earned the Privilege to complain. Couple rounds of frostbite here and there and i have had about enough.

What's all these pics of white ****? :eek: None of that yet here. Haven't even heard it in the forcast. Which means it could happen any minut. LOL Actually pretty warm here. Near 70 another couple days. Then chillin a bit by the weekend.

My wife just texted. She want's me to drive her down to Des Moines this afternoon. (our state capital) she has a meeting/presentation to give this afternoon. (she can sleep or study on the way down) I think I'll stop in and see @lkopaska and may be stop by thr brew store.
 
Hey, I now have at least three spots in Carlisle next to each other. N161, N162, N163. :thumbsup: OMR is trying to get N158 N159 N160 as well......Should be plenty of room!!!

Not sure what I will do this year. I still have not checked out the details on Duster 50year feature show. Other than that, will probably have to see what I still have to get rid of and what other shows I want to do whether I bring the Duster to Carlisle. With Dusters being featured I expect I won't be the only slanty at least lol

Oh man. Breakover on crush sleeve has got to be 450 foot-lbs.
its all i can do with 3 foot long bar. Almost there. 20 inch lbs preload, hope i hit it first time around,this isnt easy.

My buddy uses his impact. He has set rear ends up at the Ford store for almost a half century. LOL

I never use impact,just dont trust myself. Seeing as the preload was gone before i touched it and this being the 3rd round i want to be close. Sneak up on it so to speak.
