Stop in for a cup of coffee

Good morning everyone, been sleeping better, morning is worse, coffee is good this morning , I hope our member and friend @71340Duster lowers his temperature down .

Good Morning All! I woke up with a 99.4 degree temp this morning, that's two degrees higher than what I've been seeing. Frickin thermometer is flaking out too, fading, think battery is low. Gotta figure out what I'm going to do. Took acetaminophen, went back to bed for an hour, went to 99.5. Hmmm
I was going to "Like" your post but that's not nice. Keep an eye on your temp. You might want to check with your doctor. They may be able to test you and you can get care before it get's worse. We're thinking about you. Keep us posted. PS, time for some new batteries.

Good morning, Mike. Sucks being banged up I know!
The tornado came through Monday morning around 8 a.m, I spent some time yesterday riding my bike and talking to neighbors and figured out it's path. It was only an F-0 to F-1. Still I heard it. Hard to really see in the pics but lots of trees were broke off.

Battery was dying in ours yesterday. But it either reads or doesn't. No odd readings. I am usually 97.6 within a couple points. They shoot us in the head to get in work anyway. Been having us punch in and go past first aid room for temp. But was told they aresetting up a tent outside and will be checking everyone before allowed in the building.

Dang, tornados and hurricanes both. I bet you get a rumble of earthquake from time to time as well?

LMAO (not funny) :)

Got cold here last night. Was a miserable 35F and raining when I came home from work. Bright sun and near 40 when I took the dog out this morning. Most of the deck was just wet. I almost went *** over tin cups when I stepped on ice...

looks like a very strong F4-F5 hit Lower Mississippi Sunday, i was watching live, a buddy's storm chase stream, crazy

Oh yes Charleston had a very bad earthquake in 1886 with no history of having them before.
We had one that I felt (barely), and we barely show up onthis map. Not sure exactly where David is, but there is a higher activity spot down there on the coast.

Just a light dusting but it must have melted on the windshield before the snow started to build up because it was tight. My truck hardly has a heater anymore. I am not looking forward to fixing that problem

im actually curious to see if the theory holds true about eclipses and earthquakes. USGS has found evidence that within 6 to 12 months of an eclipse, somewhere along the path of totality, a major earthquake of 6.5 or higher hits. It holding true going back to the early 1900s so far. The scary part is, the next total solar eclipse in 2024, goes right over the New Madrid fault line. Which is several decades past a predicted large earthquake. it will be interesting to see if that trend holds true and if that just happens to be the trigger for the New Madrid to finally erupt violently

Hurricane season, Tornado season, C-19. Up here on the Frozen Tundra life is a bit simpler in a State consisting of only a couple hundred people! We just want Two days in a row over freezing! Come on Spring!

We have snow this morning...

Lots of crashes on the freeways, since they are emptier than usual, people are going the speed limit and wiping out... WTF???

The bridge over the Des Planes River is blocked both ways in Joliet right now - huge traffic jam...
