Stop in for a cup of coffee

-
Got my parts, guess i should get started...
Coffee first...

Today I get to visit the LA Basin briefly on the way to San Diego County and Oceanside to Christmas with the maternal unit :D. The brats and granbrats are staying in Phx for safety sake :(. My recent sleep patterns would have had me on the road 2 hours ago, but not today. If I left now I'd be spending a lot of time looking at the LA landscape at 20mph .

Cleaned sensor on pellet stove, noticed it was a little loose at the screws, made sure they tightened good and snug and lit it. Its back to working as it should. One thing worked out.

I hope Santa doesn't hold it against me if I have Cafe du Monde on Thursday. Cuz that's what I'm gonna do . Might have to kiss that 408 under the tree goodbye until nex year .

Santa wishes all a happy Thong Thursday!

Just got back from thne machine shop. Prob in the worst part of Harrisburg, building is about a block long and looks abandoned. Tried every door to get in no luck, then found a bell. Holy crap this place was around since before the civil war and made guns and cannons there. Most of the origional equipment is still there. Pretty wild seing it mixed with new stuff. Great guy the owner will be using him for more stuff. Like walking into a Time capsule for sure. Bushings are exactly what I need.

Little machine shop we used in the old homeland still had the corral for the mules out back and all the mechanism for the mules to power the machines. Machinist had switched to 1 single electric motor to power everything and gave the mules vacation.

Going to get nasty here expecting 2-3" of rain and gusts to 60 MPH. Power company is already preparing for outages since the ground is saturated and trees will fall over for sure. South 30 miles not so much supposedly.

Hey, the Christmas gift we have been waiting for is supposed to be delivered today as well as the ignition catalog I bought over a month ago.
