yeah the linkages is the hard part.
throttle is too long, and I don't even have the kickdown linkage or bracket.

I would think manifold vacuum but not sure.

There should be a port/nipple on the carb for that...

Hell no, well kind of that dam shift cable is coming out today to get adjusted, even Tike could not get the freaking adjustment clip off. Was down hard the last couple of days also.

I saw a picture of that. I ran into something somewhat similar when working on my heat, the cable runs into a clip on the blend door, looks like it's put on with a frickin nail. I wedged the whole door open with a piece of wood but that's not the problem, still have no heat, gotta take time to troubleshoot.
