Karl go to CVS or whatever you got and by yourself a respirator monitor. They are cheap fit on the end of your finger, and will give you a quick reading of what your rate is. Last winter when I had covid and double pneumonia mine dropped to 80. Don’t wait go get one this morning.Up again... Having trouble breathing and feel a twinge when I cough....
