Stop in for a cup of coffee

Not really, on a down stroke...

I was doing better over the last week, but last night the breath got short again and my oxygen levels are going below minimum.... Had one reading at 63, but that was when I put the gauge on the finger before it calibrated, so I rechecked it and it was 93... I will write that one off as a fluke...

However when I walk from my bedroom to the living room, the level sometimes goes down to 85 or 83, then will climb back up to 92 - 94 within a minute or two...

Last night I got some readings at 88 when at rest.... Then some readings at 90 and 91 for a bit...

I feel a deeper cough in my lungs since yesterday...

(and I was feeling pretty good for the last week before Wednesday, now I'm going down hill again....) My oxygen levels were between 92 - 96 for the last week before I hit this snag....

Thanks for asking...
I had a bad case too. It took a month for the cough to go away and a couple months before I felt 100%.

Sorry to hear that Karl, do you have a follow up date on your appointment?

I'm supposed to see a lung specialist in a month or so, hopefully, when the scarring in my lungs from the pneumonia should be healed... He should be running a lung efficiency test on me...

I have also seen my oxygen level drop to 85 - 86 over the last week after walking some, then will be back up to 94 - 96 after a minute or two....

It is a one of, that one gunsmith will build start to finish. It is my retirement gift to myself. It will be a double stack 9 on a 1911 frame. Hand built obviously. I am very excited and actually think it will ship much sooner.

Sounds like a nice piece. Stainless or blued?

Good Morning everyone. I hope you get better Karl @krazykuda . It has been a bad run for you. Congrats on the gift to your self John @Sublime one Happy Friday to everyone. Short day, may go home and take a nap right after work.

Oh no. Get better Karl!

Blue as I do not care for stainless. I recognize the advantages I just don’t like em. The pistol has a myriad of internal specs and changes that I did not bother to post here as these guys for most part are not gun bunnies. They just like theirs to go bang! As a sponsored competitor I need just a bit more, hah! In my mind it will be a piece of art. Built to exactly what I wanted, no frills no pretty engraving just ruthlessly effective and reliable. All the work is on inside, hand fitted.

Hmmm I never got myself a retirement gift. I wonder if it's too late??

It's never too late! I thought your Barracuda was your retirement gift?

Since you now have land!
