Just poking around on Marketplace. Not much out there. Everybody is holding on to their cars because it costs a fortune to replace them.Any one hear of a really nice V6 magnum for sale let me know he is looking for one.

This whole gig kicked off with twp simple goals:
1. Not to make "Old people" noises when standing or sitting.
2. When I work or work out the first area on my shirt to get sweaty won't be my belly.
So far so good
Based on all the stuff you describe doing, I'd bet it's at least double that.Ya, with my leg/hip issue its hard to put in the steps. And quite often my phone is on my desk so its not counting. I wont wear a watch, i destroy them. And getting my arm snagged somewhere due to a watch is bound to happen. So im going to say 3000 is a good day for me.
Lots of physical activity, but actual walking isnt a lot. Hoping i can find a solution, yoga maybe?I think my heartrate is up from the backread... Good Morning

Tough time to buy at any decent price and SUVs are the worst. My son just got a good running, just rough looking interior from ‘work vehicle’use, RAV4 for around 4K from his FIL. They figured that was about half of what he could have got. I wanted something a few years old to keep price down on mine, but new made more sense Dealer’s are actually giving full sales price back on some tradesLeaning towards a Outback actually only have 4K to spend. Hard to find around here.

Be very careful Hoppy. They are very hard on head gaskets. And very expensive to fix. I have seen several of them.Leaning towards a Outback actually only have 4K to spend. Hard to find around here.
I take that 2x day, Keeps it pretty even. Haven't taken yet this morning and I'm at 67 right now and 119/74.Resting heart rate is 80 but I haven't taken my Metoprolol yet.
That looks good. I take 100-150 mg. /day. Sometimes I forget my noon 1/2 pill. They started me on 300 mg. Way too much.I take that 2x day, Keeps it pretty even. Haven't taken yet this morning and I'm at 67 right now and 119/74.

If I remember correctly from my parts days that RV plug replaces the old BL'sShop manual for '75 shows a BL13Y. But I am looking at one that came out of mine when I got it and it is a RV17YC ??
Good for you.I have no idea what my heart rate is or my blood pressure is since I left my test equipment in America. But I'm pretty sure it's a little higher while I'm here in Viet Nam. Yes I do exercise everyday.
Have they tried anything else? I was on other stuff previously. When numbers got out of line they tried this and it's been good for a while now. I do 25mg twice a day (plus a couple other things, but all are fairly low dosage)That looks good. I take 100-150 mg. /day. Sometimes I forget my noon 1/2 pill. They started me on 300 mg. Sounds right, but what does the number mean? 13 vs 17If I remember correctly from my parts days that RV plug replaces the old BL's

They changed mine to Lisinopril a couple of years ago but I only take 2 1/2 mg a day in the morning.Have they tried anything else? I was on other stuff previously. The 17 is a hotter plug than the 13. But I don't even think they make the 13 series anymore. In champion the C on the end of the 17 number designates copperSounds right, but what does the number mean? 13 vs 17
Talked with the cardio doc last time and he didn't want to switch me to anything else. It works good now that I cut back the dosage. I would be a lot better if I was in better shape and would loose some weight. It's a vicious circle.Have they tried anything else? I was on other stuff previously. Lisinopril is for blood pressure. The Metoprolol that we take slows your heart rate down. They changed mine to Lisinopril a couple of years ago but I only take 2 1/2 mg a day in the morning.
well aware... I get plenty of activity in a normal day.. But I really need to get some cardio in. Seems like every time I try to do that, I end up straining something. One step forward 2 back I was really on a roll getting things done around here. All kinds of projects planned and then hurt my ribs or strained a muscle there. Not exactly sure what or how I did it, but ended up doing near nothing for a couple weeks. I'm back to 'normal' but a little too much yardwork or whatever and I still feel it.I would be a lot better if I was in better shape and would loose some weight. It's a vicious circle.
Yep, I do bothLisinopril is for blood pressure. The Metoprolol that we take slows your heart rate down.
