Stop in for a cup of coffee

Good evening Mitch.

Another hot one over there? Or is that just the way it is normally?

I
In the south part of Vietnam it is always around 91 to 95° during the daytime and at night time it can get as low as 75°. Pretty much the same year round except for rainy season where it rains pretty hard for an hour or two a day from May until October

Most of us tend to doze off around 9:00pm

Random question. What is the origin of the majority of automobiles driven there?
A lot of Toyotas and Mazdas and kias. A lot of foreign trucks. But I do see some Fords and some Chevrolets here also. Mercedes-Benz is also pretty big in Vietnam if they have money

Willie find your date codes on the wheels? if inside they are earlier.

Had to hit it with wire wheel. Found the model number on the outside, off to the side from the valve stem. Nothing around it though.

The inside is pretty rusted up so can't see anything. I'm going to have to replace it anyhow as it won't fit the front any longer

other older numbers the tire has to come off they are inside. Keith you have those rims from the pop still? Willie will need at least three?

Might be the time to get wheels if you have been thinking about it, dont forget the spare either.

Yes. I have another set of slot wheels that fit. I'll get a new 14" steelie for the spare as well. Have to decide on what tires to put on. BF Goodrich T/As maybe

Guess the old aluminum slots will hit the sale.table. They are nice, heavy SBP

Morning to you all. Going to be a really hot one here today.
104-degree heat index this evening about the time my softball doubleheader starts three hours' worth...ugh!!
Going up the road to visit a best friend today. He's going in for major surgery Thursday.

Look around for tires. I go by what I want them to do the T/A's are kind of overated for what they are. Alot of choices out there by speed rating and compound hardness, really what you want off it. I am sure Mattax has some really good sticky ones since he road races and has to handle the turns better than average.

Morning!
Not raining yet. But its in the forecast. Going to get humid today though.
Hhr for a steering angle sensor, and then back to Mercury blues..cylinder head has to come off.

Cool

Yeah, just cruiser radial tires so not looking for serious speed rating or traction. I'll have to go look at the wheel/ tires combo thread and see what is out there. I have Cooper Cobras now. I'll have to give them a good inspection. Might just flip them onto the new rims
