Stop in for a cup of coffee

Just curious what is the most expensive dizzy you have done to date?
Prob a 69 1/2 hemi dual point. Core cost me 800 then about 1200 in parts and labor. Freaking vac advance is almost 500 for that one year only one.
It is so rare I cannot even find a pic of it.

But the most expensive really is the one I am doing for you!:poke::poke::rofl:

Thanks looks like a 68 switch.
No numbers on it?

Those DP add up fast. Leads are 80, vac advances from 100-500, certain points are 45 each. Cores anywhere from 50-800 on the average. It is all about the tag. Had a guy come over with one he bought from Tonys parts. Everything was wrong with it, even had wood screws holding the advance plate in. glad he was there to see how to do them. Told him I would back him up for a return. Did not care. I had all the parts NOS and by the time I was done it was another 1100.00 He was happy actually runs great. He brought me NY bagels to Carlisle this year!

Found a pic of the 500$ one. Half the time one side or the other is bad. Not a dam thing you can do about them either. That one has a weird arm that goes 90 degrees.

Don't know much about Vespa's. But it seems like they didn't change the basic design of the bike for many years. Not even sure what year this one is. She now has a Honda SH Mode. But rarely rides that anymore either and drives the Benz.

The thing is, in Vietnam. All the women know how to ride motorcycles. They start when they're around 14 or 15. Pretty funny. Imagine that here in the States ?
