Stop in for a cup of coffee

Well house has been on market all of one day, already shown it 1/2 dozen times. We now have Two full price offers with escalation clauses. I mean great news but WTF? Clearly we priced to low. Two more showings today. Teach me to try and be fair. I am an idiot, this is why Jodi is the brains of this here operation. I just move the furniture!

I am done guy, left at noon. My career is now over. I only do welding and engineering for myself! No more have hood will travel sign for me!
Soooo that means you can come weld my dart to me since you have all this extra free time

No more digging rail cars out of the snow? I be that breaks your heart . Welcome to retired life
Hah! That right there is a cold hard fact. The COO tried (in vain) to get me to stay one more year. He told everyone he is going to bring me up in the Winter to move rail cars! Hah! He is a good guy, if he were not I would not have agreed to postpone until Sept. I tried to retire in March, he tore my resignation letter in half and tossed it in trash. He is a hoot.

This is a view I will not miss!

Sorting parts is pretty boring. Until you run across this stuff. Made me happy. Original AM/FM radio, hope it still works. Original dash cluster. Look...., Car only had 81,354 mi on it. And I am the second owner.

Nyyyooo. You did good.
You priced it perfect.
A. You're getting what it was worth to you to sell, and then some.
B. You got buyers right away competing for it.
C . No realtors fee on your side - so you did better than if you priced higher.
Win-Win-Win
E. Unless you are into trying to get the absolute top value in the market and can wait however long it takes for that buyer.
F. And that still won't work if the asking was so high, they just sit around waiting for you to drop the price. Then you're worse off. At least that's how I see it.
Heck I want to get advice from the two of you on house hunting. Maybe I'm a dummy but you two seem to have done good.

Frickin Fed X (Ground) I have a package they have been attempting to deliver the last 3 days. Signature required. I saw the truck cruise by today. Numbers are on the house 2 places and anyone with a phone and a brain can find the house. I went out to their depot. It's like Ft. Knox getting into that place! Last attempt today. Next week I can stop back out and pick it up!

The lenders have not so much. Starting to be problematic securing loans on vastly overpriced property...
See that right there was my point, bank already said we were well within range. That is what led me to believe we priced a bit low? To Matt’s point I just want out and really not that concerned over absolute top dollar. We priced where we thought was fair to both sides. It is a nice home with a whole bunch of upgrades. Plus parking for 7 cars indoors and 4 outdoors.
