Yes. PIA easier to have one of the companies do it. Great parts bike for someone.
Marty Mopar has 7 of them Chris. That number is for a 1 stud also.

I built me a Street Tracker XS 650 some years back.
Similar to this one. Took an OE seat and took the upholstery off, took the 4" grinder to it and trimmed the foam to look just like that dirt track seat/fender had it re-covered. Rear axle mount license plate frame I made to get rid of the obnoxious looking tail light license mount it came with. Bobbed the fenders and painted them flat black so it looked like it had no fenders. Great fun to ride.

Yes, the cross member has two holes.
I am trying to remember if I put a new one in my 66, not sure if it would be the same , mine was a standard shift, I will look in my stash and see what I have.

How long does a "Take on empty stomach" med have to sit in the empty stomach before coffee can be applied?
Very nizze, I had to get me another one in 2020, but down sized to a KLX 230 dual purpose bike i keep tagged and now have 800 miles on it, I started riding 50 years ago and think its good exercise for me, I enjoy it and I can locate new fishing holes with it out off dirt roads
I figure right away being its just a liquid
I think My Triumph was a 78. It was a 750 Tiger. (single carb)
I think 30 - 60 Minutes ...
