Stop in for a cup of coffee

No, I looked into it, but decided it was beyond my budget at the time. Went with the Xe275hl and never looked back.
Gotcha, I’ve got the XE285HL but I’m fairly nervous about the flat tappet issues that’s plaguing everyone right now.

Yeah I was nervous also, especially since I was using that FiTech injection and it was controlling the timing. Fresh build and breaking in a cam. I had 3 untested things I was up against. But I followed all the directions to the T and it all went off without a single hitch. Used up a lifetime of luck on that! LOL.

A quick cup of coffee before heading out to repair a forklift truck. Idiots broke it a few weeks back doing donuts in the yard late at night. One of the clowns caught his boot on the wiring and tore it all out. Took a while to figure it out.
I'm guessing the same thing has happened again. No-one will get sacked over this.

For sure. I have nothing but bad luck so I know how this will end

can you encase all the wiring in flexible conduit? or put a panel across the bottom of the dash?

I could and probably should. It is a second-hand machine that has not been well looked after. I found a faulty switch.....ordered up spares, and found one on the shelf at my supplier....got the machine going.
I'll look into a protection bar to cover the switches.

It sure as hell got me. First one I ever had go bad in over forty years of doing it. But I guess I redeemed myself a little on this Ford 400 since I broke two sets of lifters in on it. LOL But you're right. It's a huge problem.

Morning!
No sleep again. Agony is an understatement.
Nothing is helping. Waiting until kim wakes up then away to hospital i think.

So had the pst control guys over yesterday to install the Termite Bait stations. Nice guys, local of course. Should take care of the issues we have. Anyhow asks me If snakes scare me. No not really. Anyhow he askes if he can keep one he sees on the property, sure. Holy hell it was at least a 10' long 6" girth black snake. Never saw one that big. Probably was eating Cats! What you going to do with it. Putting it by my corn cob Bin to keep the squirrels down!

Brakes are feeling better, garden was completely done and I spent yesterday bleeding them, well, a hand vacuum pump worked wonders.

Good Morning! I have a question for the all knowing coffee crew. If you chop a top where do you get the glass for it?

Good morning guys. Played a little with the Demon again later yesterday. Checked plugs again and you can tell it is leaned out from before. I am happy and it is running great. Hoping to get my 40 in and have Fridays off for the summer starting this week. I would like to swap the new bed on my truck this weekend if possible. And a local car show shakedown run on Memorial Day to test 1 more time before MITP on the 1st
