They are great. You can get a "level" hit on the plug usually when it is in the car. Had that from way back.

I would put a add for valve covers might score some vintage cast ones. They are around.
Yeah, was just looking at the classified forum :) The price for new cast ones is a bit much for me to swallow.. the fabbed ones for $98 are a deal but scream 1978 camaro street racer

Searches all craigslists adds as far as you want. Scary actually.

Plug in what you want your zip code and how far. How do you think I find some of the stuff I do. Then open tabs. Try it. Play with the item name also.

I try to use the copper ones if I can, they seem to seat better and wont corrode. Seriously blow out the water jackets tons of crap in there. Pull the pipe plugs before you do it. Usually a inch of crap in there even after boiled out.

Felt a nap coming on. Went and zonked out for hour and a half. Or watever time elapsed.

i probably will.. just feeling lazy this morning.. woke up late...
Also wondering if these will clear the mancini/harland sharp rocker arms..
$77 doesn't sound too bad for them

Alot depends on the lift and the baffle design to keep oil out of the breather and PCV

Factroy design is pretty smart with hte angles - this one is for a small block

This one is also pretty well thought out

The little flat plate on the cast ones clears but isn't that effective.

Yeah, the main thing is the roller rockers are pretty large, i would honestly prefer just stock covers painted to match the motor but i know they won't fit.. don't really want to spacer them up as that just adds a lot more area to leak

found a set of M/T's on FBMP for $125.. gonna grab them if i can meet up with the guy sometime.. working 70 hours makes finding time to do other stuff suck. I figure the MT's should clear
