Nope. It won't let go. Heating pad helps. A bit ciatic but mostly just hurts and locks up in certain directions.

We're starting the day playing golf...no surprise.
After that maybe hit the pool for a while cool off and enjoy the scenery.
My buddy and his wife are having us over for dinner and then sit out on the deck and watch fireworks.

Maybe get the bike out and head to the Mountains
Nothing here at all. To dry for fireworks. Might set up a 22 trap and plink away with the step sons kid.
I think we are going over to Elkhart Lake (home of Road America raceway) to watch the fireworks. They do a great job out over the lake.

Absolutely zero planned for the 4th. Stay off the roads stay at home.
Probably just hang near the house. Take my wife to see the fireworks at Chesapeake Beach. They do a pretty good job there.So what's everyone doing for the 4th of July??
