Stop in for a cup of coffee

Cheryl and I went out early and got nine in before the rain came in. Beauiful morning cloudy and cooler with a breeze.
We came home and put the toys away, washed sheets, and all that other stuff you do after the littles go home.
Rain cleared out but now it's hot and humid so probably save the yard work for tomorrow morning.
There is an entire months worth of Karl material there.
Good to hear you folks had a good day.

Just to keep you posted texted with John last night and his daughter continues to make daily positive progress.
She is out of ICU and was able to put weight on her leg. Rehab starts this week.
He said he'll be back soon and said there'd probably be 100 pages of back reading with you guys that he'll probably skip.

@Sublime one

Well, seat install took a lot longer than I thought...........................it seems everything does when you are not working on a stock setup. Had to drill new floor holes and some on the brackets to position the seats correctly. FIL was much shorter than me. Happy with how they look.

Missed what was happening hope she'll be OK but knowing John and Jodi she'll bounce back fast.

His daughter had a stroke last week. In the hospital and doing better daily. It will just take time.
Keep the faith.
Similar to want Tim's Wife Simone went thru.
We talked about it last night.
She is doing remarkable well.

Two really nice people they are.

Well FABO here is latest and greatest from down here in Arkansas. Sincere thanks to all of you for the thoughts and prayers. It certainly worked! And special shout out to @ZMan67S for filling you guys in. Lord knows you boys can put up some pages. Our daughter who is 38, non drinker, non smoker, excellent physical shape had a serious stroke, complete with excessive brain bleed. She got her first ever helo ride, I told her there are easier ways! Very long story short she got transferred to the neuro floor this weekend and out of ICU. That was a huge step. She can lift her left arm up off the bed on command and can just almost get her hand to her face. The leg is not coming around as quickly, she is just now able to put weight on it but really cannot move it herself. Her speech is much improved and for most part pretty darn good. We start physical therapy in earnest tomorrow. Still not satisfied they won’t need to put a catheter in her brain to get rid of blood, that is TBD. Happy plan is no. As most all you guys on here are old enough to have been thru this with friend or family you all know she has a long rehab process. But she is young and healthy and very physically active So we are optimistic she will heal as her brain routes new circuits to the limbs. It is a brain injury not a limb injury. Stress is just a killer on folks, especially women. she has three daughters all pre teen or teen. She has lots of help and I called on every church we trained to put her on prayer list. That girl is on prayer lists all over the State! Hah! I just cannot thank you guys enough for all the thoughts and prayers. I will be on here somewhat sporadically as the hospital is a four hour drive each way. I am just plain physically and emotionally whipped when I get home. You guys are the best and I am very fortunate to have all y’all as my extended family.

Went on tour, found a larger crate for the puppy, she will grow into it. Gave 6 people joy by introducing Ocean to them. And puppy met her first mirror! It was hilarious. Came home and leg was annoying me so have been relaxin.
Rained on/off all day here

Finally made me a shop chair today

Damit John this is supposed to happen to us not our kids. Prayers and definitely some tears sent your way.

First stump is out. Had to cut most of the side roots regardless. Once they were out of the way I just scratched the dirt away till I could get at the tap root with the sawzall. Its flipped over in pic. Small flat on top was all the taproot it had. Next one behind it has even more side roots. It definitely needs to come out. Will be surprised if it has much of anything for a taproot. Last three will probably just clean around and cut flush.
