Figured out what caused the electrical arc on the transformer in front of the house. Yesterday's storm dislodged the charcoaled remains of a bird onto the the lawn.

Isn't it still good?? I used some axle grease that was probably 30 years old recently and it still looked good??Any issues using synthetic wheel bearing grease? I have some that's like 25 years old but was gonna get some new stuff for my front bearings...
