I do my pre- workout elixir first... 300mg of slow release caffeine.... makes your hair tingle
I think I need some of that
LoL... I've had times where my workout has gone long and I've had to get on a call right out of the gym.
I'm on video calls all day... so my office is a bit of a studio. .. for effect.
Collared shirt... although I will go with shorts if the weather calls for it..

So glad days and nights of taking calls are over. Had different ring tones for each of the usuals. Circus music for the house, Star wars dark music for the guard, and happy music for the state police we were on a first name basis for a while with Lindsay Lohan being raised here. Seriously!
My husbands commute is just as short. He gets to stay in bed till 7 then stroll downstairs for coffee. I’m. Little jealous some mornings

Yeah...I spent 12. Years doing 5- 6 hours a day commuting 120 miles round trip....
