Amazing scenery!Good morning. Another long amazing day. Hiked to the top of the Butte and did some ATV riding. Went to the Knik Glacier. Actually stood on an iceberg at the base of the glacier!

Almost bought a place that was 60 x 60 and the house was open to part of the garage. Could park my Scamp in the living room. There was a Barndominium in Southern Virginia that was amazing. I get that for sure

I wish I could have built my shop larger than it is 45X35, but we do have an HOA here, and I'm surprised they let me build it this big, 22 years ago. One of my neighbors gave me fits, but the President of the HOA liked me and sided with me. Anyhow its about 30yds away from the house. I built a real nice two bed, two bath, laundry room, nice kitchen and front room above it while I was still married to my Ex. thinking we would need it for her Mom at some point. It's about 1400 sf. I used to rent it out to others, since her Mom didn't need it yet. After my divorce, it was just me and my Dog Gunner in the 3200sf Big house. When my last tenant left the Apt., I decided I would move into it and try to rent the Big house. Worked out great. Used some Military websites to list it, and have been renting only to Military people since. Almost six years now. Never a problem. They all rent with the knowledge that I live in the Apartment on the property. The rent they pay for the big house more than covers the remortgage to pay out my Ex. Only expense I have here is utilities. Awesome, because the tenant is responsible to keep the grass cut, and the driveway clear if it snows. No worries for me at all when I Winter at my house in Viet Nam....Almost bought a place that was 60 x 60 and the house was open to to part of the garage. Could park my Scamp in the living room.

So true!!Life..
The opportunity to enjoy something will have a break point... the cool 3-pedal, 4 speed classic is great until your legs don't work...or your back can't handle the launch of a big block.
Father Time always wins.

Good man!Had a lady stop in for a visit today, noticed her walking around town and thinking she got out of her owners yard and went site seeing. And for sure gave her a nice treat and a good petting.
