I cook it... flake the innards out with a fork and pour it back into the skins then grate cheese over the top and broil it for a few minutes until the cheese is melted and starting to burn on top

Man Pizza sounds good. Have her pick up a meatlovers since she is out and near a good place.
Yomorrow operation sauce happens here since it will be a rain ot. Marilyn only knows how to make it for 8 people X2 so it lasts us months. Great stuff, Pizzas, Lasagnias, etc. Takes a day and a half to make!
