Been very Blessed with the Commercial Properties I own. I have the Occupant pay the property taxes.

**** man I live in southern California! We are coming to the realization we wont be able to retire here because of the cost of living/Taxes.

Move to West Texas. It aint pretty, but the weather is decent and it's cheap as hell to live. Just learn to speak spanish..

Helped youngest kid fix the leaking trans lines on the 68 Valiant... :steering:

Then tightened up the brake lines and bled the brakes on the 71 Valiant (not necessarily in that order...)... :eek:

Now for a shower to get all the crap off of me and out of my hair from laying on the ground.... :(
