I had one in the brisket thought the meat was in the stall but really it was the grill temp being too low, grill grate temp gauge reading wrong. You'll be fine I'm sure

Got the new adapters welded onto the arms of the rotisserie for the 70 Cuda. Cleaned off all the paint and undercoating where the brackets mount to the body since that won't be able to be reached when the car is stripped again. One step forward three steps back, always.
