Well, there is a house across the street from me for sale. think it's a 3 bedroom with a full basement and a 2 car garage.
It needs work but doesn't look that bad and defiantly livable.
Think the price is $40,000.

He pretty much told me the same thing... I'm trying to find out for sure if they are denying covering it before getting my insurance involved...

Yep. Don't give them an out. Although your insurance will investigate any chance of making them pay. If they get it, you should get any deductibles back.

I cleaned off everything 3x.............. I am done for today, we have 4x4 vehicles for a reason.

I did not plow the driveway at all, I will see how it is tomorrow.

How much are you getting? I ran the snowblower out front. Somewhere abouts 3" deep. Snowing hard again, so likely a couple more inches to clear tomorrow. Roads are just wet since the salted heavy, so shouldn't have a plow-in to deal with when I get home tonight.

We got 3-4" probably.............I just wanted to keep up on it and keep the walks, deck and pad clear to the shop.
 
I only cleared the steep parts of my driveway and the parking spot. Only got 2in max here and less along the treeline over the driveway. Sprinkled three bags of calcium chloride down and calling it good. Will be very cold tomorrow, but warming to 50 by Tuesday... :thumbsup:

Cannot even get a 1970 mobile home for that here..
 
It says it has access to a private Beach. Not in CA it doesn't. All beaches here are public
