Stop in for a cup of coffee

Becky wants me to net ours, we lost our fruit tree overhead nets due to snow, should have taken it all down, now have bent poles (cue Karl)

Just recalled a dream i had last night... my motor was running on an engine stand in my basement of all places and i was messing with the pcv... but it had a holley on it and i don't plan to use a holley again.. weird dream
I've had different (limited) experiences with Holley's. On my Landcruiser straight 6 had a 390 vacuum secondary electric choke never had to do anything to it, just ran great. On daughters Elco, hopped up 350 always messing with the floats/idle. I think a lot of it with that was we weren't using non-ethanol fuel, just high octane, once we figured that out it was much better, weird thing was she never ran ethanol free in New Orleans

750... This is the third time i started it, no timing checked or car played with or anything.. really impressed with how good it does out of the box. (no water in the engine, still need to fix a fuel line leak)

yeah, can't wait to make an exhaust for it.. still decided on dual 2 1/2 or single 3".. would love that old 273 commando sound but...

Good morning everyone. Got about 6-8" of snow/slush. Rained longer than they expected. Windy as hell. More snow today. No plows yet. Had to make the trip 2x as I forgot my computer at home. Oh and something is wrong with my 4wd. Seems like a ujoint in front driveshaft. Lovely

I'm surprised how much worse your weather is than ours in michigan... 70s in another week or so though :)

I ran duals on my Landcruiser, rare for a 2F motor but I had an Offy intake and split exhaust manifold so why not. Usually only see that in a Chevota (duals)

It's Willys Wednesday!

My opinion: gas, you dont get what you pay for. If you are buying any gas with ethanol, you are paying for water. My power wagon wont run on the regular gas from one station. The ethanol is really high there.

Back in my gas jockey days-pre ethanol, i remember doing dips and the water paste to check for water. Now, its a science. Balancing the water/ ethanol blend.

That makes sense. I think for the daughter when her car was in NO it was her only car so daily driven. Got here and bought a RAV4 to deal with terrain/ice etc. so infrequently driven
