Morning. Speaking of electrical my 220-volt heater went out in the garage and need to get a new one.

You don't back feed into the grid. If the power company shuts of a run for repairs you are still feeding the grid. That's a good way to get someone electrocuted.
How bad is the bill using electric to heat the garage? i usually use a little torpedo propane but it ran out last month and didn't bother to get a new tank since warm weather is coming

Well it's about $150 per month but the garage is a constant 65 to 70*.
I have a pellet stove for back up but it is a bit over $200 a month to run it.

I bought a cheap $300 heater and it lasted about a year.
150 isnt' bad.. i would leave mine off cept when i planned to work out there.. so that's not bad at all.. I have 2 220v outlets in my garage i need to change them though.. i did the wrong 220 and no normal plugs fit them.. live and learn
a year isn't great... i saw ones in the 140 range with 17k btu

Vandenberg SFB installed a huge solar farm of their own a while back. What was really odd about it was they demolished part of their base housing to do so 
. When I was making the concrete for the Shuttle Launch Complex out there, my drive into work often sent me massages 
If there were sparks surrounding the insulators on the base transmission lines, first thing I do was tell my assistant to go check out and warm up the genset for the plant, just in case . I was curious about their commitment to solar because we have so much overcast weather here. Not unusual to only see sunshine 3 hours per day for almost 3 months during the rest of the northern hemisphere's summer, but those solar panels still produce, but at a reduced rate.

There’s a safety switch that was required to be installed to prevent that but Duke claimed DIYers weren’t installing them and they had no way to know. So they passed that law, but they didn’t and still don’t have a way to enforce it so it’s moot

So, while looking at replacement driveshaft, Ford decided to use a different length depending on engine/trans, etc - I get that. But also depends on single or dual rear wheels - I kinda get that, maybe there is a different spacer from trans to transfer case for the long wheelbase trucks and GVW (mine is crew cab long box 1 ton single rear wheel) - but it also seems likely there is a length change depending on color, what mirrors, radio type, if there is a vanity mirror, type of rear bumper, color of interior, cigarette lighter, etc.... Grrrrrr
Essentially, the height difference between the heel and the ball of the foot is zero.
It rotates your pelvis to a more neutral position and aligns your knees and ankles.
Usually accompanied by a wider toe box so things like turf-toe and bunions are less impacted.

Front driveline on my Yota 4X4 went bad. Took it off and went to Toyota to get a new CV joint for it. "No. We don't do that here. That will be $350 for a new driveline." I knew the parts department manager there. I raced go karts with him. is this Jim? "Go see Mike at his driveline shop. He'll fix ya up." "$75 and it will be ready first thing in the morning, and I'll do that other u-joint while I have it apart."

Yes, I checked with a couple of places. This is a double cardan shaft. Apparently there is a spring loaded pin in the double cardan and it is know to break when disassembling. It is 23 years old in WI salt. Everyone recommends just replacing versus trying to repair, then replace.
