Quick side chore

That crazy storm a week or so ago revealed an issue with the vent stack... Dry rot and cracking

Little bit of water staining on the ceiling. I'll get that cleaned up and painted soon. Some Kilz on the upper layer in the attic

It's amazing how much water can get in the smallest spots.... water freaks me one.. one day it will destroy my house :)

An early a-body wagon would be awesome but i don't think kids would like it.. i think the "uglier" mopars have to be grown into :)
I've seen a couple on Craig's, but them push buttons just make me ill

You can just barely make them out, but there in the center are some twin baby barn owls. Everything there in red primer I had to weld in 3/16" I think it was and the original structure was either rusted or vibration cracked at the bends. The cone on the right was worn out from the inside by flying aggregate at high speeds . Giant vacuum cleaner on asphalt plant. Dust control partly, combustion air for the diesel fired burner to dry and heat aggregate to make the asphalt. Why that mother owl picked that spot always astounded me, only one place noisier on that plant when running and that was only 20' away at the burner

 The top of the cone there was wore out, so I patched it back up, curved but very vertical. When I had it finished I found some paint in the shop that was just taking up space  so I used it up

Grr.. car accident right outside my work parking lot.. looks like i'll be staying a little longer while they clean it up

Saw this sweet Ranchero while at parts store, SUPER clean! Also marinating Sirloin Tip steak for tonight as Mrs. is at work and not a super tender cut so am hoping to tenderize it. Lastly this box full of parts, ain't gonna install themselves so I'm out to shop to start tune-up, have to get that K&N filter washed and starting to sun dry, always the longest part.
